Resetting the MMSI within a Raymarine VHF Radio

Due to the limited number of such requests, most Certified Raymarine Installers and Authorized Raymarine Dealers do not have the equipment necessary to reset a MMSI which has been entered into a Raymarine DSC VHF radio. Should there not be a Certified Raymarine Installer or Raymarine dealer (recommend calling the dealer before bringing the product to the dealer) in your area who can perform this service, then the Raymarine DSC VHF radio may be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to have this service performed. As the Raymarine DSC VHF radio's software will also be updated if found to not have the latest software installed, it is recommended that the RayMic (if one is used with your VHF radio) also be shipped within package including the Raymarine DSC VHF being shipped to Raymarine's Product Repair Center. At the time of this post Raymarine's US Product Repair Center was charging $75 US to perform these services. This fee included return ground shipping within the US.
