System Updates on C140W

I have a new-to-me boat with a C140W and Radome system that appears to have not had system firmware/software updates in years. I'd like to update the system as much as possible. Below are the version numbers and dates for the system. How current can I get the systems to be? And can it be done through the compact flash dock?

I'm assuming these numbers are for the C140W only. How do I pull the system make and versions/dates for the Radome?

There are some other quirks I'm still working out but I'll post those in another thread.
