RE: raymarine E 120 issues
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum ynot,

It is recommended that the vessel be connected to shore power and that its batteries be permitted to fully charge. After doing so, and while still connected to shore power, the MFD should be tested again. Should the problem persist, then it is recommended that a Factory Reset operation be performed. Should the problem persist thereafter, then it is recommended that any chart card which is inserted within the MFD's memory card reader be removed and that the MFD be tested again. Should the problem abate, then it would indicate that the MFD is not compatible with the chart card being used. Should the problem persist, then it is recommended that the MFD be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
