Do Raymarine MFD's bridge AIS data from a NMEA 0183 talker to SeaTalkng?

Raymarine's a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFDs and C/E-Series Widescreen MFDs are not designed to bridge AIS data received via their NMEA 0183 ports to SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000. As both Data Master a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFDs and C/E-Series Widescreen MFDs and i70 MFIDs are each designed to process AIS data received via their SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 communications interface, it is recommended that the AIS receiver / transceiver instead be interfaced to the SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone in such systems. Accordingly, should system feature both a MFD and an i70 MFID and should the AIS receiver / transceiver not feature a SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 communications interface, then it would be recommended that the 38400 BAUD NMEA 0183 output of the AIS receiver / transceiver be interfaced to a NMEA 0183 to SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 data bridging device (ex. Actisense NGW-1-ISO-STNG, etc.) which will in turn been interfaced as a spur to the SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone. Raymarine MFDs are designed to share AIS data with other compatible Raymarine MFDs via the Ethernet (SeaTalkhs / RayNet) network which is interfacing the MFDs to one another.

Raymarine MFDs must not be interfaced to an AIS receiver / transceiver via both NMEA 0183 and SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 ... choose one communications protocol or the other.
