Configuring a G-Series system can be quite involved and involves much feedback from the individual configuring the system. When seeking support for for this product, it is recommended that such support be sought through Raymarine's Product Support Team at 603.324.7900 M-F 0815-1700 Eastern US Time. As it happens, our two team members who are primarily responsible for supporting this product will be out of the office until next Monday. Accordingly, it is recommended that the Product Support Team be contacted next week.
