Wi-Fish stuck in Simulator mode

Wi-Fish will operate in Simulator mode when it is being powered and does not detect that a transducer has been interfaced to the product. This situation is commonly encountered when customers interface a power/transducer extension cable alone to the product to permit familiarization with the product's features at while home. Should a transducer be connected to a Wi-Fish and the product operate in Simulator mode rather than Live mode, then this condition would indicate a problem with the Wi-Fish or transducer. In such cases, it is recommended that the Wi-Fish/Display and its transducer be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
