Thank you for your enquiry We are not aware of any issues with the update to 5.16, this software has been in the field for many years and no reports of this issue have been received prior. We would recommend you carry out a full factory reset after the software update, as per the below . . . * With the unit turned off press and hold the left hand soft key * Keep it pressed and turn the unit on * On screen it will say 'Factory Reset' and count down from 3 * Unit will reset and load into normal operation. This can take a couple of extra minutes than normal. **Please make sure you back up all Waypoints and Routes etc to a separate Compact Flash Card other than your Cartography Card** Otherwise there must be a mechanical flaw in the C120 itself Thanks Derek |
