Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Jamb2221,

The reported symptom is indicative of no communications between the MFD and the SR100. Troubleshooting should begin with verification that the circuit supplying the SR100 has been switched ON and if so, then to examine the SR100's Status LED and and report its color and flash code (see below).

Please additionally respond with information concerning the signal level sensed by the SR100 (see below).
