It is indeed recommended that you verify that the SR150's software has been updated with the 20150209 Patch. If so, and the problem persists, then please indicate the reported values for Radio Signal Strength, Radio Activation Status, and Service Level reported within the diagnostics for the SR150 (HOME->SET-UP->MAINTENANCE->DIAGNOSTICS->SELECT DEVICE->SR150).
