[CA] No Navigation Data message

Steve, I just had an issue with a Furuno MFD and (after upgrading the Raymarine MFD software), it had the "No Navigation Data" message on the P70. It turns out the Furuno MFD was never sending Magnetic Variation PGN (127258), but that somehow worked with an earlier version of the AP software. Either setting the Variation manually on the P70 (only possible with some versions of the software) or sending the PGN from the MFD allowed it to track to waypoints from the MFD.
