Raypilot 65 remote controller produces errors after updating EV1

I updated my EV1 to firmware 2.18 and can confirm that this solves the track mode issue when using a Garmin MFD. After waiting so long for this update, I am very happy that this story finally came to a good end.

Unfortunately the update introduced a new problem:

My Raypilot 65 remote controller (connected via a E22158 Seatalk converter v2.03) now occasionally beeps and displays "off crs". This happens even in standby mode when not navigating a route. Otherwise the remote controller works as expected.

With v1.11 on the EV1 and v1.21 on the converter I never had this problem.

Thanks for the product feedback. Unfortunately, the Raypilot 65 is no longer supported and we have not been receiving similar feed back with the current generation of autopilot remotes (i.e. S100 and SmartController) and autopilot control heads which followed the Raypilot 65. That said, a problem report will be logged to note the issue which you have reported.
