On the WiFi model Quantum, can a cable to an Axiom MFD be used if there is a problem with the WiFi.

Negative. Unlike the Quantum Q24C Radome, the Quantum Q24W Radome does not feature an Ethernet communications interface. This would prevent the Quantum Q24W Radome from ever having wired communications path to the system's MFD(s).
