[LW11] ST60+ Wind data loss
My Jeanneau 42DS has a full complement of ST60 instruments networked to a E80 chartplotter. My wind info was working normal when the boat went on the hard in November and was not working at relaunch two weeks ago. I have a random wind direction needle and three bars on wind speed. At Raymarine suggestion I just completed a factory reset and now have a wandering direction needle and roughly correct speed. The voltage measurements were shield to: Red 8.0v, Blue 1.1v, Green 1.3v, Yellow 1.6 to 1.8 variable. Is this a transducer problem? The master and slave instruments in the cockpit have identical readouts and respond to all menus. The E80 chartplotter is showing the random wind direction vector so the network seems fine.

RE: [LW11] ST60+ Wind data loss
Dear Colonel Bob,
Can you please carry out the following voltage tests on your wind transducer, the method is available here. Many Thanks Louise |
