[CA] [CA11] T353 no video, no movement

[CA11] T353 no video, no movement
I have a T353 thermal camera connected to an E127 MFD; recently the video has only displayed a red screen with no image other than the FLIR logo and I cannot move the camera from it's home position. I also do not seem to have any settings controls through the on screen menus.

Any pointers before I start tearing into things?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum zelatore,

Given to the reported symptoms, it appears that the camera's server is not starting. It is accordingly recommended that the camera be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
