[CA] [CA11] Wired video output from Axiom Pro MFDs

I replaced my E90W MFD with a Axiom Pro 12 RVX running the latest Lighthouse software. My previous installation ran a video cable from the MFD to the pilothouse where this video input could be displayed on a monitor. I was hoping to use this approach with my new Axiom Pro, but have been having difficulty getting Miracast output from the Axiom to display on a new, marine grade LCD monitor that only accepts DVI or VGA input.

While I understand the appeal of plug and play installation without cable runs, relying on wireless connections for critical navigation functions seems to be highly problematic.
