[CA11] Raymarine e128 and Element 9HV - Sidevision - Downvision Chirp
I currently have an e128 installed networked to a CP100 and a CP200, both with are functioning well. I have recently purchased an Element 9HV, main for to be used as a backup GPS. However, I am wondering if the newer Element downvision and sidevision would be better or about the same as the CP100 and CP200. Yes, I know there is no networking the element into the mix, and was never the plan. If I were to use mount the HV100 transducer and have both unit in sonar mode would there be any interference will all powered at the same time?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum mg3964,

Element's fishfinding features will additionally include RealVision 3D sonar imaging. As Element fishfinder sonar operates at 1.2 MHz and the sonar from DownVision and SideVision transducer elements chirp across a 60kHz range centered on 350kHz, little if any noticeable interference would be expected when operating the systems simultaneously.
