[CA] [CA11] wifish failure message

I am from Ecuador, I am working in a shrimp finder feeder autonomous boat, I purchased a wifish Raymarine transductor, it works ok so many times.. but yesterday the lights began to flash, both on green/orange and the wifi blue light
slow flashes in both lights
and there is no wifi transmission, the grid appear and disappear shortly
what can I do, Y purchase in Miami October 2019, west marine store

Based upon the symptoms reported, it unfortunately appears that the WiFish has suffered a failure of its communications circuitry necessitating that it be returned to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
