[CA11] Problem importing backup file.
Hello,
I have upgrade from LH II 19.03 to LH III 3.11.42. After upgrade I have problem importing my backup file. The backupfile made before upgrade is: Syslogs_E70285-1150591_2020-01-16_130335.tar.gz What’s wrong? Do I have to convert it to gpx? Best Regards Thomas |

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Thomas,
Within a MFD running the latest LightHouse II software, saving all waypoint, route, and track data is accomplished via the command sequence HOME->MY DATA->IMPORT/EXPORT->SAVE DATA->SAVE ALL. When followed through to completion, a GPX file (i.e. file having a .gpx file extension) will be produced. The resulting GPX file may be imported into any MFD running the latest LightHouse 3 or LightHoure II software. The file name which you have listed is a compressed file containing system error logs. |
