[LW] [LW11] i70 - user preferences are lost

We have 3 - i70 instruments. Every time they are shut down all user preferences are lost as well as AIS alarms being reset to always on. Has anyone else had issues like this with them?

What software revision are the i70's on?

Can you send a system diagram for me to look over?

Are they in a global network?

How are you entering the user preferences? How are you setting the alarms?

Is there sufficient power being supplied to the instruments?

System diagram attached. was supplied by the manufacture.

we have 3, i70s in the system.

Software version is V3.16

Preferences for each i70 display are selected on each display.
they are not saved when unit is shut down

AIS alarms have to turned off on each display individual
they are not saved when unit is shut down

Dear Balladeer,

Can you clarify what you mean by the i70s?

I cannot see any i70 instruments in the network diagram only 2 x P70 pilot control heads and 3x gS125.

What products are losing their settings and can you specify each setting that is being lost?
