AIS Lost connection
Was out today and I received the message AIS Lost connection, then "No GPS Fix" and then it would come back. It happened several times. When I got home I removed all the cables for the GPS to the AIS and all looked good.

The MFD is E165 and the AIS is 350. Could the antenna have gone bad?

RE: AIS Lost connection
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Saltydawg,

Does the system feature more than one source of GPS data or engines? If so, use the Data Sources feature to manually specify which of the system's GPS sources will be used to supply the system with GPS data. Should this not be the case, then please attach to your response a system diagram of your system identifying the make/model of each device within the marine electronics system and how each has been interfaced to the system to assist in identifying the cause of the reported issue.
