Chart/Sonar Problem
I have a Dragonfly Pro7 which has developed an issue when using the chart/sonar option. The sonar portion is distorted. Sonar by itself is ok. Attached pictures show the issue before and after updating software. Two of the pictures are out of the water so the images reflect this, but you can still see the line on the right side of the sonar portion while the sonar only is ok. I updated software and reset sonar and still have the same issue. Suggestions?

RE: Chart/Sonar Problem
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Steven,

The live screen snapshot which you have attached appears correct. The Sonar application has been configured into the Zoom mode. Zoom mode splits the screen into zoomed image and image of the entire water column. The zoomed images is simply magnified (not enhanced) portion of the water column (which may or may not include the bottom) which has been selected by the user. The means by which one enters and then exits zoom mode has changed with the latest Dragonfly software. Zoom mode is entered by successive presses of the "+" key. It is recommended that you exit Zoom mode (press the "-" key repeatedly). The other screen screen snapshots would be typical for a transducer which is not in the water, one of which includes a zoomed image.
