[DG11] Spare for linear drive
I have a yacht built 2001 with a Mechanical Linear Drive connected to the steering quadrant

Is it possible to buy a spare for the bolt assembly that goes through the quadrant onto which the arm attaches. As I cannot find a parts list I am attaching a photo that shows the part that I would like.
I fear that being 19 years old that it could fail and it would be sensible to replace before it does!

RE: [DG11] Spare for linear drive
Hi Tudorsailor,

Thankyou for your enquiry,

the part number for the bolt is K065.

This bolt is very reliable, but make sure it is correctly tightened and cannot wobble in the quadrant. if the bolt is loose, it can wobble and then a fatigue crack can start leading to failure, so just like all your other fastenings, regularly check their tightness to make sure they are all in order.

Thanks
Derek
