[CA11] AxiomPro crashing on selection of RealVision
I have a pair of AxiomPro 12 RVXs installed in a LE Patrol Boat. Today one of the units crashed multiple times, rebooting only to crash again. It seems the crash is associated with attempting to start RealVision. I tried sonar, DownVision and SideVision with no problems. My initial crash came when starting RealVision/Sonar/DownVision combo. I tried several combination with Sonar, DownVision and SideVision specifically avoiding RealVision and had no crash. If i tried to start RealVision alone or in any combo screen, the unit would crash. This appears to affect only the remote (Non-Data Master) Display. The Data Master unit appears to operate normally. The unit (both of them) have worked without any problems for 600+ hours.

Here's a quick view of my system mounted in a 31' Full Cabin SAFE Boat

RE: [CA11] AxiomPro crashing on selection of RealVision
Welcome to the Raymarine Forum John,

To address the reported issue, it is recommended that the software within the MFDs be pwith LightHouse 3 v3.11.42 or later software (HOME->SETTINGS) and that a Power ON Factory Reset is performed to each MFD upon completion of the software update. Upon completion of the Power ON Factory Reset, the MFD's settings should be manually reconfigured rather than restored from a saved settings file.
