[LW11] Card sync problem and no chart details on plotter- e125
Hi,

I just bought a new navionics card (Silver - Skagerat and Kattegat (45) ) from Navionics - received it with the message saying it was active. I have updated the card on my PC but when I insert the card in my e125 I'm unable to get any details on the plotter. I have read the threads here and making sure the chart is set to details.


I have bought the app on my Android Tablet (which works perfect) but when I try to sync/update the chart on my plotter I get the famous Card syn problem (See attached screen shot)

I have no VPN on my tablet (I also tried to sync with my android phone with the same result). I'm not sure the problem is related but does anybody have an idea what I need to do ? This is driving me nuts :)

Dear heboth,

Thank you for your post.

When you say you cannot see any details, do you mean you cannot see any chart detail? Is the e125 seeing the chart card?

What revision of software do you have on the e125?

Is your Navionics chart card active with a subscirtion?
