E120 Classic dim
I have two E120 classic displays that recently went suddenly dim despite being in daytime mode with brightness on full. The fact that both did the same thing at the same time makes me suspect something outside the unit. Any suggestions?

Hello FriendShip,
In regards to your two E120's going dim at the same time, I can only surmise that there was/is some sort of power issue. A sudden spike or drop, a poor ground, noise etc... that caused the condition.

RE: E120 Classic dim
I show power getting to the units. Anything else I can check before boxing up the units and sending in for eval/repair?

RE: E120 Classic dim
Unfortunately, no.
Just make sure that they both are in fact in daytime palette with brightness on full.
If they are in the night palette mode, when powered on the splash screen will be nice and bright and then they will go dim.
