Autopilot pump
Tried bleeding my .5 l pump today. Engaged autopilot and turned knob but got no movement of motors. Can hear pump working. Suggestions?

It is possible that the vessel's steering system may be from the period when check valves would have been installed in conjunction with autopilot pumps. What is the product year of the vessel that the autopilot is being installed within?
