My prior response had assumed that an autopilot course computer lacking a SeaTalkng communications interface had been installed. In looking back at the information which you have supplied thus far, it appears that you have not specified the model of autopilot course computer which has been installed. In short, should the autopilot course computer have a SeaTalkng communications interface, then both the autopilot course computer and p70/p70R autopilot control head should each be interfaced as spurs to the SeaTalkng backbone. However, should autopilot course computer not feature a SeaTalkng communications interface, then both the autopilot course computer and p70/p70R autopilot control head should each be interfaced to SeaTalk bus.
