Case #00263417 - Case #00268528 -Case#00268574

also R16-9573 which may be the Navionics RMA number?

Jennifer was the person from Navionics that was helping me via email, but someone else called me on the telephone with the results of their root cause determination.

I must say that I'm impressed with Navionics support! They have always been very helpful and responsive, and when I call, it's so nice to not get someone from a foreign country that doesn't fully understand the product. :)
