Contacting Raymarine's US Product Support Team

Before contacting Raymarine's Product Support Teams, it is recommended that customer's search for answers to their question(s) on Raymarine's Forum. Should one desire to conduct verbal communications with the Product Support Teams, then they may do so via the contact numbers found here. Alternatively, customers may become members of Raymarine's Forum and then submit their questions as threads within Raymarine's Forum. The benefit of the latter is that the knowledge conveyed in the response from the Product Support Team may benefit others having the same or similar question/issue. Thanks for your understanding.

Raymarine's US Product Support Team may may also be contacted M-F (0815-1700) Eastern US Time at 603.324.7900. Mondays and Tuesdays are the Product Support Team's days with respect to call volume. Should the wait time reach 20 minutes, customers will be provided the option to receive a call back ... Raymarine Product Support returns all messages recorded via this mechanism. Customers will generally find that wait times are shortest when calls are initiated on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and when calls generated shortly after the phone lines are opened each day. Longer wait times may be experienced during the lunch period (1130 - 1330) due to reduced staffing levels during the lunch period.
