Eric,
Warranty information would not typically include data concerning whether the rudder reference transducer was replaced ... you may want to check any parts left behind by the installer. However, should the autopilot have been installed by a Certified Raymarine Installer or Certified Raymarine OEM boat manufacturer, then the installed products would carry three years of onboard warranty. If still within warranty (recommend contacting Raymarine's Warranty Team if uncertain (warranty@raymarine.com) ... unfortunately technical support does access to warranty, sales, and repair records) it would be recommended that the installer be contacted to correct the problem with the autopilot. |
