c90w presentation key not working

This may be a service issue. Until recently the 'Presentation' key on our C90W worked fine in sequencing thru different screens. Now it works intermittently. I.e. There is no response when depressed. Turning the unit off & on makes no difference. Any suggestions?

Based upon the symptoms reported, it would appear that the MFD has suffered a failure of its keypad PCB. It is accordingly recommended that the MFD be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.
