Axiom 7 Chart Page Help

I have a new Axiom 7" and have a couple of questions about the navigation page. When I zoom in on the chat app page there is a large red area behind the boat icon, the red area is larger than the boat icon. What does this represent I was thinking track but i have the tracking disabled. One other thing what does the vector setting do? It's not set at 6 minutes but i don't understand what it is. Thank you for any help.

It sounds as though you may have configured both the Sonar Logging (MENU->SETTINGS->DEPTHS->SONAR LOGGING) and SonarChart Live (MENU->SETTINGS->DEPTHS->SONARCHART LIVE) Chart application features ON. Please click here to view a FAQ addressing this subject. Configuring the SonarChart Live feature to OFF should hide the feature which you have described.
