Multiple AX8 cameras in a system

The AX8 Marine Thermal Monitoring system can -
-Stream live thermal video of exhaust manifolds, propeller shafts, electrical panels, and other machinery
-Program specific areas to generate automated spot alarms when temperatures exceed pre-set thresholds
-Evaluate ongoing temperature trends

Up to 8 AX8 thermal cameras can be connected into a Raymarine ethernet system and can be displayed, 4 at a time on a thermal camera app on a Raymarine a/c/e/eS/gS and AXIOM multifunction MFD running current software

Currently the MFD control is restricted to Feed selection (ie MSX/ Thermal/ Visible) and Light (On/Off) .

All set up and calibration of the temperature measurements, including configuration of Thermal hotspots, alarm zones, alarm hi/ Lo levels, needs to be done through the web interface. Contact your local Raymarine dealer for further details.

Any alarm triggered by a thermal hotspot or Zone will be identified by an Alarm Message which reads “AX8 Camera temperature alarm - <camera name>”, thereby identifying which camera and location has triggered the alarm.
