I think that I have bigger problems.

Yesterday, my MFD crashed 3 times on a short trip. Today, I decided to re-install all software freshly downloaded - and then perform a factory reset.

Now, as my MFD boots, I have screens freezing on me. For example, I can get to the wifi screen, I can set the name, but by the time I get to the wifi password, the screen has frozen. I cannot get anything out of it at all, at least the touch screen.

The power button does indeed pop up the brightness screen and it does allow me to shut it down. The only way out, is a shutdown and restart.

Sometimes I can get to a chart, later on today, I managed to configure a new shortcut on the main page, but it froze while configuring the shortcut.

I think that I have to send it back.

Can you please pass along the procedure for an RMA, the unit is under warranty. I am currently in Colombia, South America.
