[CA11] did you upgrade the ACU-100 pump?
did you upgrade the ACU-100 pump RAM capacity?
what is the new model #?
The 12V: E12139 has type 0.5 liters only which equals 50cc-110cc (3.1in3–6.7in3).
Last I checked a couple years ago for EV-100, your ACU-100 hydraulic pump RAM capacity is between 50cc-110cc (3.1in3–6.7in3).

I saw some youtube videos with people installing EV-100 with ACU-100 that has RAM capacity up to 50cc to 150cc or 3.1 in3 to 9.3 inch on their Yamaha 200 hp? - from Captain Steve

RE: [CA11] did you upgrade the ACU-100 pump?
Welcome back to the Raymarine Forum ray18,

Please click here to view a FAQ addressing the subject of autopilot selection. This information may also be found on the Hydraulic tab of Raymarine's Drive Unit Selection web page and Table 1-1 of the Raymarine Hydraulic Pump Installation Guide. As product specifications and product documentation are subject to change, it is recommended that customers seeking the latest product specifications consult Raymarine's product web pages and the latest Raymarine product manuals accessible via Raymarine's Manuals and Docs web page.

In the case of the Type 0.5 pump, recommended range of ram capacity for the pump was decreased based upon performance feedback. The current recommended cubic capacity range for the Type 0.5 pump is 50cc-110cc (3.1in3–6.7in3) and has now been so for several years.
