[CA] [CA11] ITC5 update failure

[CA11] ITC5 update failure
I successfully updated a number of instruments using online access. However, the ITC5 update that was shown as available failed after several tries including rebooting all instruments, the MFDs, etc. The ITC5 is currently at 1.12 which is shown on the product page as the current release. Is there a new release or is this some other problem? Thanks.

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum salrman,

I too have seen this issue occur when updating the MFD's software to LightHouse 3 v3.9.x and v3.10.x. In a nutshell, the system is erroneously detecting that the iTC-5 is in need of a software update when it has in fact previously been updated with the version of software that the system is attempting to re-install. Should the iTC-5 already have previously been updated successfully with v1.12 software the the failure may be ignored. The currently installed software version may be determined via the MFD's diagnostic features.
