Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Paul,
Unfortunately, the reported symptom is indicative of a failure within the SmartController's circuitry resulting in loss of its programming. It is recommended that the SmartController be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. |
