Hi Trawlerboat,

I suggest running IPscan again. Once you have the IP address, try to browse to it. The camera is defaulted to use DHCP and the address can change. For example, if the camera has powered down in between scanning for its address and browsing to it, the IP address may change. If you continue to have an error after another attempt, you should send the unit to our service department for evaluation.
