[CA] [CA11] Chart zoom scale memory

The latest release of LHIII (3.7) claims to have fixed the bug wherein returning to a chart from a settings dialog restores the zoom level. While 3.7 is better than 3.6 in this respect, it does not fix all instances. For example, from the chart app going the Targets>AIS and changing a setting, returning will still put you at nearly a global zoom level.

I have been unable to duplicate this problem with LightHouse 3 v3.7.70 via from the Chart app via Targets>AIS, changing a setting and then closing out the menus. I tried multiple settings. Please respond with at least one settings change which resulted in the reported issue.
