[CA11] Axiom MFD not responding to power on swipe
Hello. Hope you are well during this crazy time.

In my system I have 2 Axiom 9 units networked together. I've had them installed for a little over a year and have had no problems until now. Both of the units are receiving power, however one will not "turn on" with a swipe. I've been on two trips now of it not working. Have turned power off to the unit and has not helped. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Raymarine Forum Gary,

Unfortunately, the only way to address the reported problem would be to have the MFD's Power Swipe serviced. Accordingly, it is recommended that the MFD be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced.

Gary,

The MFD should be sent to Raymarine’s Product Repair Center to be bench checked / serviced. On Product Repair web page, you will find a button titled Book a Repair which will be used to start the process and generate a shipping label.
