Hi Bjarni,
Thank you for your enquiry. The S100 is a SeaTalk device - using the earlier SeaTalk data protocol, the EVolution autopilot uses the current STng data protocol and the two are not compatible. However, if you connect the S100 base station SeaTalk to a SeaTalk to STng converter, E22158, then the converter will be connected to the STng backbone and will enable the S100 to operate with the EVolution autopilot.
