CP200 Side Vision sonar, shallow water
Can the CP200 be used on a full keel displacement sailboat?
Our primary interest in this technology would be used during the entering of coral or rock reef passes, usually in shallow water between 10 and 20 feet of water depth. Will the side vision perform in shallow waters between between 10 and 20 feet and still provide images on the side, and if so to what distance? Our concern is that the visual spread on each side is dependent upon the depth of the water. |
