Hi and thanks for the answer,

Q: Have you programmed the AIS700 with ProAIS2 on a PC?
A: Yes

Q: Have you checked your AIS700 is viewable on something like marine traffic or a friends AIS receiver?
A: Yes it is viewable in MarineTraffic.

Q: Have you got the AIS layers switched on in the chart app?
A: I can't find this option.

Q: From the homescreen > settings > this display > networked devices - can you see the AIS700 in this list?
A: No I do not see it in the device list.

Q: What is the status on the AIS700 showing?
A: The status is OK.
