Thank you for your enquiry, Normally the local Variation is determined from the chart card in the MFD, or of there is no chart card or it is out of date, then variation can be input into the autopilot calibration - depending on the age of the autopilot. Best action is to update the chart cartridge, note this may need the C70 software updated too, also check the Variation value in the ST6002 autopilot calibration too. Thanks Derek |
