The symptoms you describe suggest the ST4000 PCB is faulty and will need to be replaced. This product is no longer supported by Raymarine, since spares are very difficult to come by. We recommend it is replaced with an Evolution 100 system which can be connected to the same drive as the ST4000 operated. Regards Derek |
