Software update does not finish

Trying to update my axiom 9 to current version of lighthouse 3. Have Quantum doppler connected to mfd. when I power up it sees the the software update in the slot. I select both and select install. On the radar it says failed to start and then it says installing with a 10 mi 45 sec estimated time. It counts down to zero and after an additional 25 min it still says installing. What can I do to make it take the update?

Hi schomakr,

Try doing just the display update to see if that works. Software updates can have a number of reasons for not going though. If that does not work the next step would be to try the download onto a different card.

Thanks. I was able to just update the mfd. after that I was able to update just the radar.
