[TG] Axiom 9 connecting to satellites

Hi,
I bought a brand new Axiom 9 E70366-00NAG. I installed it at home very close to a window.
The problem with the Axiom, it takes 5,10 minutes to reach the satellites every time I turn it on. I cannot imagine to get the same problem when I will be on the water???
Only the Axiom is connected, no other GPS.

I have my old Standard Horizon CP180I Chart Plotter and in a minute, he connects with the satellites. It ils set just beside the Axiom.???

Do you have some Hints???

Hello Clauden,

Have a read through this FAQ and then post back what you see in your Satellite status page, and I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it.
