[CA11] Lighthouse 3.9 - Waypoint Arrival Radius

Looking in manual for procedures for adjusting the Waypoint Arrival Radius.

I past software this allowed a route to maintain a reduced radius then implementing a turn during a route. I have not adjusted my new lighthouse 3.9 and some turns end up starting way too soon when working within narrow channels.
